Quality Control

Products and services can only be improved if the people behind them attain a high level of competence. In order to maintain a highly skilled team, we encourage our employees to partake in various training programs, including courses on human-error prevention and study sessions on quality control method. In addition, the ISO9001 certification we have retained serves as a basis for the improvement we continue to make to our products and services.

To enhance stuff’s quality and the system’s quality, we focus on:

Training Session
  • Attending external training courses to improve development and communication proficiency.
  • Obtaining operators’ QC certificates to improve their QC management skills.
  • Holding QC circle meetings under the 5S methodology.
  • Carrying out training programs on such subjects as human-error training, the five whys analysis, and QC procedures.
  • Introducing FMEA and FTA into our development and production processes.
  • Introducing IT systems to equipment maintenance.
